Alien ships just landed... are they friendly?

I wonder if it took some effort to get this great viewpoint?

Actually, it's a pretty accessible viewpoint on the other side of the James River from the Federal Reserve building. There's a foot bridge that connects the two sides of the river, and then it's a short walk up a ramp to the top of the hill, turn around, and voila! The effort was in paying attention to where to look, not in the getting there.
