these leaves &c look like actual photographs, not photograms !
most of the photograms i see don't have so many details inside the outline
you managed to use the leaves as actual negatives, as you said looks l ike the real thing: i love this !

Thanks! It takes careful exposure to get these right, and, as every leaf is different, burning & dodging is required.

The tones and balance are great as are the squiggly lines in the corners which add a mystical quality
