This is the image Ailsa published in her mag that I've finally gotten to work for Plat/Pall. Looks pretty cool still needs a bit of tweeking but pretty close.
Now this I love. Thomas all your work is simply incredible. Keep it up. Now you have to come over to the U.K and exhibit some of this work, I for one would love to see it in all its platinum glory!
It is part of the street address. This whole block was on it's way to be torn down for a new housing track. I know the photo standard 10:10 but thought this more appropriate.
Thanks for noticing!
Dave, Andre' thanks also. Dave I'd definately love to find a place in the UK to have a show or two. My wife has been relentless in her ambition to return to england but I've kind of gotten in the way a bit so that would give us greatjustification for going.
Thanks again guys, appreciate the comments.
Every time I get the notion Thomas has run out of ideas he comes up with another I wish I'd thought of - to say nothing of the technical art he demonstrates. This one I love! It makes a lot of interesting images run through my head. Past images of Zoltan Glass comes th mind....
The tonality of this image is wonderful - the light skin tones is very statuesque and contrast beautifully with the darker tones and textures of the wood.
