This picture was taken about two years ago. There is talk in the Brighton community that funds will be made available to restore this once magnificent example of Victorian Architecture.

Julian, I really like the totally black structural elements interspersed midst the silvery tones of the water. Very striking image. Thanks for posting.
 
Stunning tones in this one, great work. What a shame that this magnificent structure has ended up this way.

There's been talk for at least the last 18 years (from when I was a student there) of funds to renovate it - long before the last bad fire gutted most of what remains. I hope it happens but ...

Nice photo, it sums up the magic of the ruin.
 
Very nice. The total lack of detail in the structure make this a very strong image.
