No...needed to re-photograph the prints, so was anxious to see how they look on-line (much better once one clicks on the image, thankfully!) This is an older image after I began to get a grip on carbon printing. In fact, it is light like this that lead me to carbon printing -- it eats this kind of light for breakfast.
I have 4 rolls of 120 Tri-X loaded onto reels and into tanks ready to go, and a whole bunch of 4x5 Tech Pan to get to from my two trips to Redwood Creek!!! Just recieved my Jobo 3006 drum!
I have one taken in the same fashion, at Mt. Madonna State Park a number of years ago. So fun to climb up on a redwood stump, which created a large enough platform for me and my camera.
I was on a stump with the 8x10 and my three boys were below me (about 3 or 4 yrs old I think). All three started to climb up to me and I warned them that there was not enough space for everyone. Well, of course one fell off - straight down about 6 feet. I could not see him from on top so had to climb down. Thankfully kids bounce pretty good.
