I like this one even better. Very dramatic. Are these from Bear Mountain?

Thanks! This isn't Bear Mountain. It's an area right around Oak Creek Canyon, but I'm not 100% sure if this feature has a name or not.

There are three faces here. The first on the left as we look at the print is the Roman Centurion surveying the barbarians, the second is his wife with a "sticky lip" as we say in the U.K. indicating dismay and resentment at being amongst the barbarians when she wanted to stay in Rome, the third is the child who has a more neutral look but is about to say with a child's curiosity, "Dad, these are interesting people, can we go and meet them?"Has the cyanotype revealed the above to me and brought out my comments? I don't know but I suspect that in normal B&W I may not have seen the centurion's family as easily.I can't be the only one to see faces surely?
