Nice composition. I like that you thought over every detail from the sensual blur to balancing the positive and negative surfaces, model's posture and suggestive facial expression.
 
Now this is Sarita looking relaxed and comfortable with herself in front of the camera. Perhaps she is always like this, but if so, it hasn't quite come across like that.

Here she looks a million dollars!

Whatever you are both doing, keep it up for a while longer.

Off corse, the blure is good.
But to be honest, it's the sensuality of the lady that attracts my eyes... 

To Simplicius: this was done both at exposure time (through a very very thin fabric)
and a print stage with a handheld filter under the lens.
