Very powerful Jose. The juxtaposition of the two figures made me think "Any day vertical is a good day." The convergence and perspective impart a sense of movement to the inanimate.

I have looked at this image on and off since it was posted. Like Suzanne, I find it difficult to look at. It stirs up emotions inside that I don't want to be there.
I applaud you for doing this difficult work.

this reminds me of the old NYC police blotter photos of the 30s and 40s. At least you didn't have to worry about your subject moving!
