Raven Cliff Shoot

I was shooting this one with the 65mm on my 4x5 which gets darn near a 90 degree view and Scott managed to creep into the frame.
Even tho your camera may have been level, this image does not work because the whole scene is falling over to the right.

There is surly some great photographs to be made there however, so you should go back!

True Ryan, looking at it I want to try a higher angle. Probably I should just forget the 65mm for this shot, gets too much in it.

A 65mm may have been to wide, yes. There seems to be many close up images you could do at this location, so go back and experiment abit! Just make sure you look in the ground glass to see what your photographing and if their is another photographer in the picture! haha!

Sure thing Ryan, I'm going back sooner or later. That 65 is a bear to use, it's an f/8 and you can hardly see anything other than the center of the GG from straight on.

That other photographer might have been me! I bet Gary didn't realize my tripod was in the frame!
