Beutifully rendered. A few recognisable objects in the foreground give it just enough texture for depth and scale. The only quibble I have is with the placement of the horizon. I have generally found (as have the classics) that a central horizon needs a very strong reason to be. I would try a crop which removes the top of the print and all of that patch of empty sky. There is a suble shift of mood when you do this. With this composition, the effect is very subtle indeed - it probably boils down to personal tastes. Perhaps if that patch of sky were a tad darker to give some contrast to that part of the print.
All that said, this quality of rendition is what we all seek when we go out in the country with our cameras. Thanks for helping define the ideal.
