It's funny how some paving slabs can give an almost mirror image like water but others not unless there is a clear depth of water . These ones are very good. I assume that when they do reflect what is at their edges and above them, there is in fact an almost micro-thin surface of water there that as a pedestrian walking across the slabs you are unaware of as it is just too micro
Thanks pentaxuser and Tony. When the streets are wet, like most photographers I suppose, I look for reflections. It is a sign of the times. This is a popular corner for nearby office workers to come out for a smoke. They invariably have a phone glued to their ears.
