Railings In Snow

Frustrated with the never-present winter sun in west Michigan, I decided to use the absence of texture in the snow to create a minimalist composition. Thoughts appreciated.

Fantastic -- I really like this one Dan.

Dan, this works on so many levels it's hard to describe. First the graphic design, I love the detail in the railings. It just works so well with the lack of detail in the snow. The positioning of the other railings. Ah so good. And with such little in it the sense of motion is just great. I love it. One of the best things about photography is it's ability to show me things I would not have seen otherwise. Best post in the gallery in a long time.

That's a great idea Dan and it really works.
