I haven't yet read the Kathleen Carr book but the polariod site also has some pretty good instructions.

What weight of Arches did you use? I assume it is hot pressed since there is such fine detail. Any filters? Do you remember the development time before transfer? This is a very nice transfer.
 
140lb. Hot Press. I pull the film apart immediately after running it through the processor. I leave it on the paper for two minutes.
