Strange and interesting shape- I wonder what that is all about?

I am not familiar with a Calumet Cadet - is this 5 x 4?

Steven... yes the Cadet is 5x4. The quarries in Rutland, at least this one, is a non-functioning quarry. I have been told that every summer there are sculpture workshops in stone (marble) and welding. The arc is cut into the side of this quarry as a piece of sculpture.

It is really hard to keep the perspective correct - it really does look like a three-dimensional arch, not a shallow cut.

having documented a gigantic quarry just south of boston
i always feel a sense of awe when i see these places where stone is harvested.
i find myself lost in the reflection gene.
what a great perspective!
