OK, so this is rather late. Probably a sign of why the challenge has not prospered lately.
Anyway, I just developed this roll that had been sitting around a while (as you can tell!). I remember seeing a post about the Challenge just before starting to make dinner. I eat a lot of Chili in the summer, when fresh tomatoes are good and cheap. When I started cutting up the tomatoes, I realized that I could put together a quick subject for the Challenge...thinking it might help spark some more interest.
Ah well, good intentions.
