Pyro Paint

Here's my first try with Pyro. From my untrained eye, the results look very pleasant, if somewhat flat. It may be the stain that tricks me into seeing them flat, but until I have a chance to get them under my enlarger...

Niko, I thnk you should reserve judgement until you have made the print. Hard to judge a staining developer from a scan, as the stain can play tricks on you. Until you work out the details of development and printing it may take some tinkering to get it the way you want. Nice job for a first attempt, the tonal values look good. tim

Yes, if you haven't used pyro, don't judge the results until you print them. The neg should look a little flatter than a normal neg, because the stain density will be greater than it appears from the neg.

Looks pretty good to me. And your skin tones should be wonderful in a pyro print.
And by the way... that is one adorable model you have there. This looks like it can be a great print!
