You're delivering the goods again here, Tony. A lackluster execution would have produced a nice but ho-hum image. Here, a nice composition is made strong (like your Mami 7 shot of the road) by doing it so well. Like the road shot, the sharp, contrasty foreground - seeing each pebble, receding to miles of beautiful shore, being enjoyed by the lone actor take the good but familiar elements and give them a strong grip on my attention.
