I'd probably crop the forearm out because the wrist bother me the way it's twisted. Also i don't think it's necessary and detracts from the eye contact with the subject. Also this has definately less couch lines.

I think you have exposure issues. No pun intended.

Looks a little washed out and lacking in any contrast. The fact you are asking if it works better on our screens suggests it does not - at least not on mine, but also suggests that what we are looking at, is not what the print actually looks like.
