A nice big open sky and great expanse of beach. Is that a daylight crescent moon in the top left?

Yes it is.. My only wish for this photo is that I was closer to the figure walking away..he was feeding the gulls and had birds flocking all around him

It is strange that I should mention a daylight moon yesterday when commenting and this evening in very good daylight we had the most incredible daylight full moon that I have experienced for a long time. Not that frequent a phenomenon in my part of the U.K. given the need for the right weather to coincide with an early evening moon.
