Metaphoricly, making it a vertical that just includes the young women (looking at "themselves") in contrast to the older woman looking up ( beyond "herself") makes her delight in the Gospel richly ironic about "us".

Hallelujah! great expression, the light area behind is a little distracting but the strength of this shot is above that.
