Thanks, is that you Jan? If it is I am guessing you have seen a lot of images of this gal from various local photographers. I did a portrait of her in the middle of a session she was having with another photographer... previously arranged of course.

I know nothing of 8x10 but what are the brush strokes on the edges?

Good shot, nudes are always best in black and white.

This is just a wonderful print, love everything about it....tones are killer.

thanks thoughtshutter. The tones are the result of mistaken underexposure and then long standing development in pyrocat. It gave me blank hair and background and very contrasty skin tone. That print is as flat as it is possible to print in Palladium and still the skin looks like stainless steel.
