Dan I love the soft lighting you have captured and the art deco is beautiful. I must admit that I thought that Americans were not allowed to visit Cuba by the US Goverment.

Vincent: thank you for the kind comment. US citizens may only visit Cuba for specific purposes, one of which is under a "person to person" license for cultural exchange from the US Treasury Department . I was part of a group of US photographers who interacted with Cuban photographers. In fact, I was walking around and photographing with one of these photographers when he learned of my interest in art deco architecture and took me to this building. I would have never known of or found this building without this interaction. So thank, you, Treasury Secretary Guitner for helping me make this photograph!
