Beautiful print! The burning in the sky is quite heavy and I see the clock tower among other things being quite affected by that, but as a whole the dramatic printing suits the subject matter really well, so that's minor. Nice work!

Yes, wanted to burn in the sky and haven't worked out how to hold back the clock tower without giving it a white "halo" which looks odd. I decided to let it go. The print looks much more interesting than a flat printed version. Still learning!

It's the light that draws my eye into the scene, and you did a great job of capturing that essence. The clock tower is a minor detail. You might consider making a bit more gradual transition into the sky above, making both the clock tower and the sky behind lighter.

I love how the boats are scattered about like a child's toys. I am assuming they are refloated when the tide comes in?

Thanks for the comments. Appreciated. The tide range is 12-14 feet at Porthleven, and I guess there is probably 8 feet or so in the dock at high tide.
