Pool villa, a dream habitat

There is a deluxe condominium ads on the billboard that contrast with the environment they shown. It's funny that one ads on the left named "Pool villa" with a starting price of 3 - 3.8 million (aprox. 91,000 usd. - 115,000 usd.)

But in my opinion this picture is truly a pool villa they mention.

I've found this location near a shopping center located in the north part of Bangkok (Rangsit).
