There might be! Fact is, I had to wait about 10 minutes to the photo I wanted, between occasional cars passing and the sun going behind the clouds. Everything around here looks like that.
 
It's a big country and sparsely populated. Where I live you'd wait about 100 mins and then, if you were lucky, get about 10 secs of empty roads. ☹️
