Here one of the highly trained ploughing 'athletes' adjusts his equipment. In this case, a Ransomes plough being pulled by a Farmall tractor.

Great detail and another good study in concentration. I suspect that his left hand has just twisted forward or backwards, possibly to move the rod he's holding just as you shot.
