Very nice, Eddie. What is it about the collodion process which attracts you to it?

i like many parts of the collodion process. the best part is i can do it now and forever....no need to be beholding to the film companies. i love the look. i love the mechanical process of mixing the chemicals, pouring the plates, developing and watching the image come up in the developer and then see it clear in the fix.

i love the unique look to the plates. right now i also enjoy the imperfections (and this is a good thing as i seems to have many! )

when i get better at it i will try using colored stained glass as well and then backing it with black felt to add more depth to it.

i also would like to shoot formal wedding portraits....providing a very unique service for sure.
