The big patch of darker bricks on that tall, left side, of the building.
Is that original...a repair...was there another structure there at one time.?

This has been a great series you shot. I am not much of a Landscape/Architectural guy, but i have really enjoyed looking at these frames of yours.!
 
@CMoore I suspect it is restoration/stabilization work on the side. The house has seen better days. While it is possible there was a wing on that side of the house, given the overall Georgian form of the center-hall Colonial, I don't think there was anything there originally. There could have been a later addition that was subsequently demolished, but I don't remember seeing one in the historical photos of the house.
