Pinnacles in colour

I arrived well before dawn to get set up in a good spot, only to discover the middle of nowhere after the moon has set is _PITCH_ black. As the sky lightened and I could start to see things I was running around like a blue arsed bush fly looking for a decent composition before the colour died.

:smile: I enjoyed your comments... I was there recently at sunset and was doing your blue-arsed fly impersonation too. As it got dark I realised that where I was standing the Pinnacles weren't going to show up against the sky... and that was after I'd driven around twice looking for a good spot.
