Visit to Cornwall in Feb half term produced two spectacular sunsets. The afterglow this evening was wonderful. Since the stream was flowing so strongly, I was able to get the pink glow throughout the frame.
You won't believe how happy I was when this came out of the processor - I'd had a disaster with the 'A' sheets. Twelve sheets of Velvia all came out completely blank..... I reckon that there was a problem with the central tube on my Jobo. So there was no margin for error with the 'B' sheets and neither any opportunity to compensate development! Needless to say, I'd switched to the 6 sheet tank at this point!
I just love this location, there's so much to shoot. The hard part is trying to be original since it has become so popular. Then again, when the light does this, making the decision to revert to 'old faithful mode' is something with which I have little difficulty!!
