Hi Titrisol,
Nice combinations of colors and nice looking flower.... when looking through a viewfinder try to see what's happening around your subject. Those 2 white highlights in the right upper corner and bellow the flower could be easily eliminated with a slight adjustment of the camera. Your shallow depth of field was probably intentional, but I find it hard to see what's really in focus. Perhaps more DOF would give this photo bigger impact.

yes DOF was really shallow, I was using a 135/2.8 and forgot to bring gaffers tape to stop it down (no A/M) switch. IMHO the petals are in focus and next time I'll try and use larger DOF (f/11 would have been ideal)
I used my hands to try and eliminate hotspots by giving it some extra shadow and only getting highlight in the center of the flower, and forgot abut the other 2 hotspots....
