Taken last week in Avila Beach, California with my 4x5 pinhole camera. I think I'm getting better at this pinhole craft. My favorite is the underside of the pier shot, next is the promenade shot and last is the topside of the pier shot. I am finding it somewhat difficult to frame the shots due to lack of viewfinder. For instance, the tripod shows on the promenade shot, but not intended. Its a super wide camera, 50mm focal point. Also, the underside of the pier shot was actually aimed quite a bit angled towards the underside of the pier but the way the wide angle coverage goes you get enough sea to the right side that makes it look like it was kind of aimed in that direction. In any case I think these are coming out better than my last set of pinhole shots. And I think in part due to using my new BTZS tubes I just bought in the last few weeks. The tubes are awesome. Oh, lastly these are 8x10 enlargements on my new 4x5 enlarger I picked up yesterday. Critiques not only welcomed but encouraged. I'm trying to increase my skill and have very thick skin during this process.
