Actually I find the pose contrived. And the floor adds nothing to the image. I'd crop the picture taking out the floor and burn in his belly slightly to get your eye up more to his face. I'd probably take down the white paint on the foreground wall a little and dodge the background slightly behind his face to increase the depth. I get the "S" curve attempt on his body but it looks too posed to me and not very natural.
