This has a rather flat grey tone, I think you should try to increase the contrast. Also, if you shoot up there again, try to get there for sunrise when the water is very still, and the light is more interesting. You might find some great reflections, and patterns among the boats in early morning Maine light. There are some real possibilities in Perkin's Cove.

Nice shot, it brings back memories of vacationing in Southern Maine as a kid with my family.
