Alsatian dog number 5, "Penta". She is about 6 months old. Taken dev'd and printed by me in 1993. Print now a bit grotty so will try to find the neg. I bought this dog for my mum. Nose is out of focus due to very slow film and lack of depth of field. Silver/sable bitch.
She is actually standing at the top of a fire escape. I was at the bottom so I am looking up. She wanted to play and wouldn't stay still (of course) so although it may look very posed it isn't. It is a miracle I got the shot at all. I took her to the beach after that and she had a good swim and so did I. It was university Summer vacation and fabulous hot weather.
