@grahamp This one is merely a signage prop for a clothing and gifts store on Museum Street, Thomas Farthing's. Given the overall condition, even though it appears serviceable, I doubt I'd want to try and ride that one - it looks like it would live up to its nickname, boneshaker.
Trivia - the English system of ranking bicycle gearing in 'inches' comes from the equivalent diameter of the front wheel of one of these things. A really good gear range would be in the low 20's to just over 100".
