I think that this shot has great atmosphere, of a quite still day. I would however be inclined to crop up the bottom of the photo to just above that red rope on the right hand side. I feel that you don't need the details of the quay side construction, the pots provide a natural bottom border to your picture and also convey the activities that go on there.
Never the less it is still a lovely photograph.
