The light is really nice, the frame is crisp. The fence seems like a sort of barrier between clean and polished (foreground) and messy/busy (background) and that's a nice touch. Subject looks tired and disinterested with a detached expression, and that works against the whole frame, I think. He should be the main subject, but I find myself trying to find something else to focus on, and I can't, leaving me a little 'empty' viewing this. Nice design and composition, though!
