Another print from 2003. This is one my friend and fellow artist, Paul sheridan. It's a palladium print on Crane's Cover.

Very nice portrait. I think it's hard to convey the richness of Palladium on a monitor. I can only imagine how nice it is in person.
 
Super depth and dimension ... Such smooth creamy tonality ... I'm jealous ....
 
I call this my ''crack of light'' lighting. I use two large black foam core boards clamped to light stands, and bring them very close together, in a sort of V fashion, and point the flash head though the opening, and it always looks dramatic.

Really enjoy how he seems to just emerge from the background. Very nicely done.
 
Thanks folks. I've been posting quite a bit on DPUG, but I have some analogue negatives lined up for printing and hope to post soon.
