Fine portrait. Paul's a handsome, happy guy. He deserves something bigger than 5X7.

the 'Grain' had got so bad I did a 7x5" only -- but he was very pleased ! I am using up my 'outdated film' first before re-stocking with 'fresh'

Concern about "grain" has nothing to do with the artistic or other personal value of a photograph.

It's merely a convention. IMO of course.

Good on you for giving him that print...was probably rewarding to both of you.
