If the gentleman in the bushes is doing what he appears to be doing then you need to do two things. 1) Stop using a Leica camera so that at least the next time he is so fuzzy that he blends in with the trees.
2) Request the Tiergarten authorities to build more toilets.

Seriously, it's a nice shot and you have a sharp eye for an amusing picture

Well as I understand it, tiergarten when translated into English, means, animal garden! It's a zoo I think? Apart from that, I think you have a very humorous picture!
