I used to live 20 minutes from this lovely park. Visited many times - to see the salmon spawning, or have a picnic. I visited and photographed the falls near the highway but never got around to exploring the trails further in. Finally took a look during my recent visit to Victoria. I missed alot! Why is it we never see enough of our own backyards?

Back in the darkroom - re-familiarizing my son with the joys of fix fumes. Enjoying the Ilford warm tone paper I bought recently - though I think it is a bit elderly. The box is quite scuffed up and I'm needing to use high contrast filters for negatives that look quite reasonable. Sly
