I'd say it's pretty good. Nice separation of the subject.

Looks good, interesting out-of-focus areas, good portrait. What's not to like?

I like it. I might crop a bit more of the swimming pool behind the subject just to see what it would look like. I might also like to see whether I could adjust printing exposure and contrast to get the tiles around the pool whiter but yet still have appropriate tones in the subject. However, this might actually distract from the subject.
