Nicely done!

Very nicely captured and processed. The spanning tree adds another dimension to the scene and a good focal point. Having been in several slots and narrow(s) canyons over time this tree spanning the gulch brings back some scary thoughts. Being a bit of a novice on the first trip into a narrows I thought the trees in the canyons were all flash flood debris, until I looked up and saw the harpoons lining the tops of the canyons. Then I realized where many of them were coming from.

Thank you for the nice and encouraging comments. I will try to print it soon but it might be a bit beyond my reach to do it properly.Slot canyons have a humbling effect on me. I feel like in a sanctuary, maybe comparable to how a christian must feel in a cathedral

Great texture and tonality.

Another great image! I like your work. BTW: did anyone notice the face in the rock at the center of the image?
