Thanks Graham for scanning these in. This pic is the one I took. It's a building in New London, CT and is the epicenter of the entire eminent domain issue in the US. At the time, this was top of mind in the country, so I thought I'd take a picture that represents the feelings of the locals. The issue has died down significantly now. As far as New London goes, the developer who was going to invest hundreds of millions has backed down and said 'forget it'. The local are cheering. The place, which is a large waterfront area, is completely undeveloped, scary at night and getting very, very run down with abandoned buildings and overgrown grass.

the topic may have died down, but I knew it immediately. Good shot.
