Parson's Paper After The Fire

That was one rip-roaring fire!! I am glad no one was hurt... especially the fire fighters.
I have been thinking about going over there to photograph some of the ruins. Thanks for posting.

PS. I resisted the obligatory joke about fires in Holyoke.

PPS. For those who may be curious - it was a nine alarm fire. The complex took up two city blocks. It was potentially a very disastrous situation and the Holyoke and surrounding fire departments should be commended for not letting it spread to other buildings.

I heard about this on the radio and was saddened as I thought about the beautiful old mills in our town, one which looks alot like this one.
