Paria area in northern Arizona

This is a print from an 8x10 negative taken in 2005 in the Paria area of Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. It is commonly referred to as "The Wave"

This was lith printed on Luminos Charcoal paper, the older paper that was so wonderful. I have a handful of this paper left and reserve it for special occasions.

It was lith printed in Maco Lith at 95F. The snatch point was around 3 minutes with a 120 second exposure under the lamp at f/8 (300mm lens from light source.

This is a contact print from an 8x10 negative.

Robert, it is amazing. In fact, after seeing this, lith printing is the next thing i am going to try. Congratulations.

Sweet.

Beautiful print. I still have some of that Charcoal R I won in their printmaker guild contest several years in a row. I have never lith printed it though. Good stuff and good to handcolor.

Lovely. Prints like this is why I'm trying my hand at lith printing.
