Re "the sound". Yes! Wow!. What you can't tell from the photo is the engines were running. These guys were some of the first out for practice on Friday, and it was still very early - hence lack of people. This was taken about 07:45. They were just starting to warm up and the maserati in the photo and a ferrari by my left ear were both running up as I took the shot!
