Thanks for your kind comments. This area is my "home base" and I'm very fortunate to live here. While I would certainly enjoy traveling and photographing abroad, I do find plenty to explore here. I just hope my photographs of the area don't become repetitious and soporific.

I wouldn't worry about putting anyone to sleep Daniel! You're images just get better and better. Keep mining the area, working in one place over time has been a great source of growth and inspiration for me. Just look at what you were able to do at the one pond near Bill S's place in MI!!!
