out of focus

This lady suffers of dementia, she is secluded at Oaxaca's municipal hospice. In this occasion, during the mid morning collation, she started to "remember" something and "chat" to an imaginary person, in a very hesitated state. I waited for the moment she opens her arms, a gesture she does from time to time. Due to the fast movement it's a little bit out of focus, I have sharper images of her, but I like the composition of this one.
